Memories of the ladies of La La La on ABC-TV’s Spicks and Specks (the original) Christmas Special “A Very Specky Christmas” screened in 2010. Incidentally, that was their final Christmas special – we must have been a hard act to follow! Unfortunately, the ladies’ big moment, when we sang three of our own arrangements in 4-part harmony (SSAA) is no longer available – unless someone can find it????
La La La and the Diamond Valley Brass Band’s combined concert “Side By Side” on Sunday 23 October was a fabulous event, according to everyone who spoke to me afterwards. Congratulations to all performers involved in both groups.
